Noteworthy in the said period is the dynamic increase in the number of own e-commerce customers to 191,030 thousand from 102,119 thousand in Q1 2022, a change of 87.1%. In Q1 2023, the value of domestic e-commerce turnover grew to PLN 60,693,167 thousand from PLN 26,074,006 thousand, an increase of 133%.
Our aim now is to profile the organisation in such a way that, based on several sources of income, it generates stable, predictable results. In my opinion, with the current stagnation in the market, we are achieving such an effect. Despite external cost pressures, we maintain high business efficiency. ACTION S.A.’s B2B e-commerce foreign sales segment grew by almost 20% in Q1 2023. All the while, the Company is also developing its Action Business Center offering, which is designed to provide B2B customers with advanced business services.
