24 April 2023 ACTION S.A. Capital Group presented its financial results for 2022. During the period under review, the Company maintained a record high margin of 8.78%. Revenues in 2022 amounted to PLN 2,366,956 thousand, an increase of PLN 59,847 thousand as compared to revenues for 2021. Adjusted net profit in 2022 amounted to PLN 46 241 thousand as compared to PLN 64 309 thousand of adjusted profit for 2021.
In 2022, the company has consistently pursued a strategy based on the following pillars. Firstly, it is the diversification of offerings, suppliers and recipients in terms of diverse product groups, and secondly the constant emphasis on expanding sales channels for a diversified offer. All this is possible thanks to ACTION's development as an 'e-commerce hub' and the exploitation of synergies from the company’s B2B and B2C business growth. The effects of implementing such a strategy can also be seen in the estimates for Q1 2023. Reported figures show that revenues in the first quarter of this year amounted to PLN 581,785,629 thousand, and were higher than revenues for Q1 2022 by 6.3%.
An analysis of our financial data for 2022 and the first quarter of this year shows that we are generating satisfactory results despite the challenging times for the economy. This stems from our organisation's strategy, which is unique in the market and whose structure is difficult to compare to other entities of its kind in the market today. As a result, we are steadily growing. Particularly noteworthy is the development in the B2C e-commerce proprietary project segment, where our company is achieving impressive growth on an annual basis. ACTION's B2B e-commerce foreign sales segment has also grown in 2022. The company also focused on expanding its Action Business Centre advanced solutions distribution offering.
