In the third quarter of this year, the revenues of the ACTION S.A. Group amounted to PLN 744,698 thousand, and the net profit to PLN 8,994 thousand. The margin remained at 8.41%. During the mentioned period, the company continued its growth rate thanks to the systematic development of its business in the B2B and B2C channels. At the same time, it developed its activities within the third segment, i.e. the development of a comprehensive range of solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
In the third quarter, ACTION S.A. developed e-commerce sales channels for the B2B and B2C segments, focusing on growth in Poland and abroad. It also strengthened its operating cost optimisation processes and continued to implement a new ERP system. In view of favourable market trends, the Company consistently invested in innovative, AI-based technological solutions that increase operational efficiency and support further business development.
Our approach is based on systematic, well-thought-out growth — we choose small steps instead of sudden leaps. Our current work and activities strengthen the foundation for future development. At the same time, we are optimising costs and preparing to implement new systems so that they work even more effectively to our advantage in the future. During the reporting period, the number of B2C e-commerce shipments amounted to 1,074,727 thousand items, which represents an increase of 34 per cent compared to the third quarter of 2024. In the area of B2B distribution, ACTION S.A. is developing cooperation with partners based on enterprise solutions, as well as #ACTIONTechSolutions, offering implementations and consulting services leading to cost reduction and increased efficiency for corporate and institutional customers.
