ACTION S.A.: summary of results for the first half of 2025

GK ACTION S.A. ended the first half of this year with financial results in line with market expectations. In the reporting period, revenues amounted to PLN 1,376,728 thousand, with a net profit of PLN 18,614 thousand and a margin maintained at 8.7%. These results are the outcome of the consistent implementation of the growth strategy in the B2C and B2B segments. At the same time, the Company developed the third pillar of its business – a cluster of technological projects aimed at increasing the business efficiency of corporate and institutional clients.

Development of the offer and own B2C e-commerce projects and projects on marketplace platforms

In the B2C e-commerce segment, ACTION S.A. is strengthening its own domains: krakvet.pl, pomocedlaseniora.pl, bron.pl and sferis.pl. It is also developing its foreign operations through the zoofaster.cz and zoofaster.de stores. At the same time, the company is intensifying its activities on marketplace platforms, adapting to prevailing market trends.

We can see that shopping platforms are consistently gaining a stronger role in the e-commerce market, and the future of the industry will be shaped by the development of artificial intelligence. That is why we are investing in projects that, by taking advantage of these trends, provide customers with the offers they want, increase the efficiency of our partners and, at the same time, ensure the stable growth of the Company," says Piotr Bieliński, President of the Management Board of ACTION S.A. 

The implementation of this strategy is confirmed by an almost 30% increase in the number of orders in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.

In B2B, the emphasis is on enterprise projects and foreign sales

In the B2B segment, the Company focuses on the sale and service of enterprise solutions and the further development of international trade, including through the automation of cooperation with e-commerce partners.

Specialisation, automation and artificial intelligence are developing before our very eyes at a pace that was difficult to imagine just a few years ago. This means that in order to stay in the game, we need a new ERP system, which we are implementing, and the development of projects within the company that focus on the use of AI tools. We are also working intensively on this so that the business reality is a source of inspiration and fruitful cooperation with partners for us, rather than an art of negating modern technology," adds Sławomir Harazin, Vice-President of the Management Board of ACTION S.A.

Development of the third business segment, i.e. technology as an advantage

In the first half of 2025, the Company focused on developing a range of comprehensive solutions for corporate and institutional clients, supporting cost reduction and efficiency growth. In this area, ACTION S.A. is developing various projects in the field of operational optimisation based on modern energy, automation and robotics technologies. As a result, the Company's headquarters near Warsaw is becoming a technology centre with solutions that can then be implemented at ACTION S.A.'s B2B customers. The entire technology ecosystem is designed so that each element supports the others, generating even greater optimisation.
