CG ACTION S.A. ended 2024 with a revenue of PLN 2,534,056 thousand, a net profit of PLN 41,169 thousand and a stable margin of 8.51%. Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment and high operating costs, the Company successfully pursued its strategy of digital transformation and sales development in e-commerce channels, strengthening its position in the B2B and B2C markets.
In the past year, ACTION S.A. continued to invest in modernising its IT infrastructure, preparing the organisation for the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and implementing solutions supported by artificial intelligence. Increased operational efficiency and improved customer service are direct results of these measures.
In the B2C e-commerce segment, the Company's portfolio was expanded with a new online shop, pomocedlaseniora.pl, offering rehabilitation equipment and products for the elderly and their caregivers.
At the same time, the sferis.pl and krakvet.pl platforms registered further growth, scoring highly in nationwide customer trust rankings for online shops.
We are developing our B2C e-commerce not only by investing in new IT systems for these shops, but also by acquiring more suppliers and introducing the offer of our brands, which complement sales well. In 2024 we worked intensively on the product portfolio for seniors of our ActionMED brand, the first products of which are already available in the pomocedlaseniora.pl shop," says Piotr Bielinski, CEO of ACTION S.A.
In the B2B segment, the i-service B2B platform was developed, expanding the offer by new product groups. The actions of ACTION S.A. were appreciated by industry partners - the Company received the title of “Partner of the Year in Eastern Europe in the Enterprise sector” from Micron Technology, “Debut of the Year” in the Xerox partner channel and the title of sales “Tytan Sprzedaży ESET 2024” from the producer of ESET anti-virus solutions.
The numerous recognitions of our activities by business partners in the B2B segment for 2024 are the best confirmation that we are perceived as a reliable and innovative partner.
