Action focuses on an unceasing development of competence, solutions, knowledge and service level. We set ambitious goals for our staff, create a friendly atmosphere in the workplace and encourage them to contribute to the success of the entire organization. We also provide our employees with a choice of training courses and other opportunities to raise their professional qualifications and expertise.

At present the Action Group employs approx. 500 staff across Poland, including approx. 100 sales and regional representatives. Apart from the Sales Department we also offer employment in Procurement, Marketing, Research and Development, Accounting, Production and Logistics units.
