A graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw (Faculty of Management, specialty: Enterprise Management and Marketing, Management of Conservation of Environment). Holder of a Real Estate Manager License. Since 1995 until present holds the position of the President of the Board of the "Klub Dwustu" Housing and Building Co-operative. Rafal Antczak - Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
Having graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw University in 1994, Mr Rafal Antczak is currently in the course of doctoral studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 1997 completed an advanced course in economics at the Joint Vienna Institute. Took part in over 30 research and consulting macroeconomic projects in Poland and abroad.
An expert economist at CASE since 1995. In the winter semester of 2006 lectured macroeconomics at the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw University (an MBA course). In 2006 authored a white paper for the European Union on the capability of Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet the Copenhagen criteria.
In 2006-2008 Mr Antczak was preparing macro- and microeconomic analyses for the European Commission under the EQUAL project. Author of economic whitepapers and forecasts prepared for CASE Polish Economic Outlook between 1999 and 2006. Participated in about 20 consulting missions at governments and central banks of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan and Moldavia between 1995 and 2005. Worked as a World Bank expert in Belarus in 2001. Mr Rafal Antczak is 37, married and has 2 children.
Piotr Kosmala - Member of the Supervisory Board
Sports Director of the Intel-Action Professional Cycling Team - the only Pro Continental team in Central Europe. Selector of the Polish national team in 2000-2003 and since 2005. Coach of the professional cyclists at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Since 2004, the Managing Director of the "Promocja Kolarstwa" Athletic Association. Sports Director of the Action-ATI Professional Cycling Team. Founder and director of the first Professional Cycling Team in Poland (1996-2004). Member of the Polish National Road and Cross-Country Cycling Team (1984-1990). Participant of world championships in road cycling. Lukasz Pawlowski - Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw University. MA thesis submitted with distinction in 2000. A New Project Consultant since 2006. A Corporate Project Head for ASBS Othago clients since 2006. Since last year, Mr Pawlowski has also been an image consultant at Point of View. In 2004 - 2006 he was Vice Director and Head of the Parliamentary Club of Platforma Obywatelska, a major Polish political party. In 1997 - 2006 Mr Lukasz Pawlowski was a media advisor to Jan Rokita, a Polish Parliamentary Deputy. In years 2000 and 2001 he was also an advisor to the UN minister at the Polish Ministry of Defense. An assistant to the government spokesman in 1993 and a deputy assistant in 1994 - 1997, Mr Pawlowski is now 32 years of age, married with 2 children.
Marek Jakubowski - Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduated from the 3rd Comprehensive Secondary School for Adults in Warsaw. Gained his management expertise in the course of his employment: as a track and field coach at the Legia Football Club Training Centre in Warsaw in years 1970-1995, and as a runners representation coach at the Polish w Polish Athletics Association in Warsaw in 1997. Mr Jakubowski had already been appointed a Supervisory Board member of ACTION S.A. in the past, holding that function between 19 July 2004 and 15 November 2006. Athletics is also his hobby. He is married and has three children.
