ISO certificates
Certificates

The Company has implemented ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 management systems and is currently implementing Information Security Management System ISO 27001:2005.

System compliance is monitored by the Representative for the Integrated Management System.

The compliance with the certificates allows:

  • increasing the level of customers' satisfaction and trust for the brand,
  • increasing efficiency of the enterprise,
  • increasing the competitiveness of the company on national and international markets,
  • restricting ineffective activities and increasing performance.

The principal business rule followed by the Company is the quality of its products and services as well as building trust and long-standing relationships with its customers and partners.

In order to increase the quality of its products/services, the Company:

  • constantly monitors the market and responds to proposals and needs of its customers,
  • upgrades its technologies, tools and facilities used pursuing the most recent achievements of science and technology,
  • constantly reviews its internal processes and keeps perfecting them,
  • periodically checks the efficiency and effectiveness of the management policy applied.

In order to maintain the required level of expertise at the Company, training in ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 was conducted for all the staff of the Company in 2007.

We also keep track of customer complaints and their reasons and processing time.

That helped us reduce the average complaint resolution time below 5 business days.
