The ACTION S.A. Management Board informs that on 26.03.2008, the Supervisory Board implemented changes to the chairmanship of the Issuer's Board. On the basis of Resolution no. 1, the Supervisory Board of ACTION S.A. entrusted the function of the President to Mr Piotr Bieliński, until now, the Vice President of the Management Board. Pursuant to Resolution no. 2 of the Supervisory Board a new member, Mr Edward Wojtysiak has been elected to the chairmanship of the Board and will hold the position of Vice President of the Management Board.

The above changes come into force from the date of the said resolutions adoption. Therefore the chairmanship of the ACTION S.A Management Board is from 26.03.2008 as follows:

Piotr Bieliński - President of the Management Board, Kazimierz Lasecki ? Vice President of the Management Board, Edward Wojtysiak ? Vice President of the Management Board.

The ACTION S.A. Management Board informs that on the day i.e 25.03.2008, Mr Dariusz Jacek Krawiec tendered his resignation from the function of the President of ACTION S.A. effecting from today. Mr Dariusz Krawiec stated that the reason for his resignation is occupational plans change.
